Clean flat-cut profiles

Custom acrylic letters for signs, walls and layered logo assemblies

Acrylic produces crisp letter profiles and repeatable logo shapes for branded walls, sign faces, office identification and multi-location programs. The production method is selected from the final size, thickness, acrylic type, edge requirement and quantity.

Small letters and detailed logos may be laser cut when the material and finish are appropriate. Large acrylic letters, thicker stock and some edge requirements may be better suited to CNC routing. The quote identifies the process, completion level and mounting support being supplied.

Laser-cut acrylic letters versus CNC-routed acrylic letters

Laser cutting can provide a polished-looking edge on many suitable acrylic materials and is effective for detailed flat-cut shapes. CNC routing is useful for thicker material, large letters, certain edge profiles and projects where laser heat is not preferred. Material type matters because not every clear plastic sheet behaves like cast acrylic during cutting.

The correct method is chosen after reviewing the acrylic specification, thickness, finished dimensions, minimum stroke, edge requirement and quantity. A buyer who needs a specific stock color or manufacturer should provide that information before the quote is approved.

Planning small letters, scripts and delicate logo details

Small acrylic letters can fail at narrow connections, sharp points or tiny counters. The outside profile is only one part of the review. We also examine minimum stroke width, internal islands, spacing, protective masking and how the installer will handle each piece.

Connected scripts may be cut as one piece when the artwork supports it. Separate characters can be supplied with a full-size pattern to preserve spacing. For very delicate artwork, a backing panel or thicker stroke may be the safer production choice.

Interior and exterior applications

Use acrylic where its surface and detail support the design

Acrylic is commonly selected for office wall lettering, storefront sign components, layered logo signs, panel faces and branded interior displays.

Exterior suitability depends on the acrylic, color, thickness, expansion allowance, exposure and mounting method. For deeper painted exterior letters, HDU may be a better starting point. The HDU versus acrylic guide explains the main differences.

Common questions

Wholesale Custom Acrylic Letters FAQ

Can you make custom acrylic letters from our logo?

Yes. Vector artwork is preferred for custom acrylic letters, numbers and logo shapes. Fonts should be converted to outlines and each color or material layer should be identified.

Are acrylic letters suitable for outdoor signs?

Some acrylic letter applications are suitable outdoors, but thickness, color, exposure, mounting and expansion must be reviewed for the specific design.

Can you make 3D acrylic letters?

Acrylic letters are often flat-cut, but visible depth can be created with thicker material, spacers, layered faces or mounting to a dimensional sign assembly.

Can you laser cut large acrylic letters?

Large letters may require CNC routing, panel layout or section planning rather than laser cutting. The process is selected after the size, thickness and edge requirements are reviewed.

Can you supply multiple matching sets?

Yes. Multiple sets can be cut from one approved master file and labeled by location, elevation or project phase.

Do acrylic letters include a pattern?

Patterns, studs, spacers or other mounting support may be included when specifically described in the quote.

Do you install acrylic letters?

No. We manufacture, protect and ship the components. Installation is handled by the buyer or a qualified local installer.
