CNC routing
Panels, letters, borders and textures are machined from approved layouts and dimensions.
Send us the artwork. We route, texture, finish, package and ship wholesale HDU signs, panels and dimensional components to your shop, installer or project destination. Your customer remains your customer.
AI, EPS, SVG, DXF or vector PDF preferred • Nationwide shipping • Blind shipping available on request
Give your customer a polished finished product without tying up your shop. These examples show the kind of dimensional HDU work we can produce, finish and ship for sign companies nationwide.
Sign shops can outsource CNC routing, shaping, texturing, priming, painting, assembly and packaging. The quote should state which stages Urban Fresh Services will complete and which stages remain with the purchasing shop.
Urban Fresh Services has been making signs since 1984 and has produced more than 6,000 signs. Finished sign work is backed by a 5-year guarantee.

This 32-second manufacturing video shows 15-pound HDU being routed, a panel receiving its finish, dimensional lettering over a textured background and a completed sign being packed for shipment.
The video page includes timestamps, production-stage photographs and a written explanation of the work shown.

Choose raw, primed or finished production depending on how much work your shop wants to keep in-house.
Completed work is inspected, protected and packed for shipment to your shop, installer or approved destination.
Keep your router, paint area and employees focused on the work that produces the best return while specialized HDU production is completed off-site.
Request a single custom blank, replacement panel, set of letters or repeated components without buying more substrate than the job requires.
Choose raw, edge-prepared, primed or fully finished work so the outsourced portion fits the workflow already used in your shop.
Trade buyers often need a supplier that can work quietly behind the scenes. Project communication, packaging labels and shipping arrangements should be established before production. When blind or neutral shipping is requested, the requirement must appear in the quote so the finished order arrives in the expected presentation. The goal is to support the purchasing shop—not compete for its customer.
Franchise, property-management and multi-site programs depend on consistent dimensions, colors and component placement. The first approved unit should establish the production standard. From that point, the file naming, paint codes, patterns, templates and packaging notes need to remain controlled so replacement and rollout orders match. HDU is well suited to repeated routed parts because a digital toolpath can be reproduced with very little variation when the artwork and material specification remain unchanged.
A useful wholesale quote identifies quantity, material thickness, outside dimensions, routing or texture requirements, loose components, primer or paint, packaging and destination. Installation hardware, templates and freight accessorials should also be identified when relevant. A low number without these details is not a complete comparison because important work may be missing from the scope.
Send the approved vector, dimensions, quantity and requested completion level.
We flag fragile details, unclear routing depths, unsupported projections or packaging concerns.
Confirm the written scope, spelling, dimensions, colors and shipping destination.
Panels and components are routed, prepared and finished as quoted.
Critical dimensions, visible surfaces and loose parts are checked before packaging.
The order can go to your shop, installer, commercial receiver or approved job site.
Include dimensions, thickness, quantity, artwork, finish level, mounting requirements and the delivery ZIP code.
Yes. Production-ready AI, EPS, SVG, DXF or vector PDF files reduce setup time. The file still receives a manufacturability review for small islands, narrow strokes, unsupported projections and unclear routing depths.
Blind or neutral shipping may be arranged when requested before the quote is approved. The packing slip, labels and delivery instructions should be agreed upon before production.
Yes. Repeated work is best managed from one approved master layout with documented dimensions, colors, finish and packing notes. New locations should reference that master specification.
Wholesale orders are normally fabricated and shipped for installation by the purchasing sign company or its local installer. Installation is not assumed in the manufacturing price.
Yes. Raw and primed work is available for shops that want to control paint, vinyl, gold leaf, hardware or final assembly in-house.
Changes to dimensions, artwork, paint or quantity after approval may affect material usage, machine time, completion date and price. Revised work should be confirmed in writing before production continues.

When your router is tied up, your finishing schedule is full, or the project is simply outside what you want to build in-house, send it to us.
You do not need to change how you sell signs or give up the customer relationship. Send us the production details and we can manufacture the project behind the scenes while your company stays in control.
