Can you manufacture from our production-ready artwork?
Yes. Production-ready AI, EPS, SVG, DXF or vector PDF files reduce setup time. The file still receives a manufacturability review for small islands, narrow strokes, unsupported projections and unclear routing depths.
Do you offer blind shipping?
Blind or neutral shipping may be arranged when requested before the quote is approved. The packing slip, labels and delivery instructions should be agreed upon before production.
Can you make repeated signs for a franchise program?
Yes. Repeated work is best managed from one approved master layout with documented dimensions, colors, finish and packing notes. New locations should reference that master specification.
Will you provide installation?
Wholesale orders are normally fabricated and shipped for installation by the purchasing sign company or its local installer. Installation is not assumed in the manufacturing price.
Can we order raw panels and finish them ourselves?
Yes. Raw and primed work is available for shops that want to control paint, vinyl, gold leaf, hardware or final assembly in-house.
How are changes handled after approval?
Changes to dimensions, artwork, paint or quantity after approval may affect material usage, machine time, completion date and price. Revised work should be confirmed in writing before production continues.
