These 60 profiles are original starting designs for entrance signs, monument faces, hanging signs, directional panels, wall plaques and routed HDU sign blanks.
Use the catalog code when requesting a quote. We can stretch the proportions, adjust curves, add a hanging notch, modify corners or combine the profile with dimensional letters, borders and logos. If your artwork requires a completely different outline, send the vector profile and we will review it for strength, routing and shipping.

Can the standard shapes be customized?
Yes. Every catalog profile is a starting point. We can change width-to-height proportions, corner details, curves and hanging features when the adjustment is practical for fabrication.
Can I provide my own custom sign shape?
Yes. Send a clean AI, EPS, SVG or PDF outline. A drawing or reference image can also be reviewed when production artwork still needs to be prepared.
What thicknesses are available?
HDU may be quoted from 1/2 inch through 3 inches thick. The right choice depends on panel size, routed depth, relief, hardware, mounting and shipping.
Can you match our brand colors?
Yes. Finished projects can be matched to thousands of colors through the Sherwin-Williams color system. Include the approved color name or code with the quote request.
How large can a shaped HDU sign be?
Sign systems can reach approximately 6 × 12 feet, subject to artwork, material, structural, packaging and freight requirements. Large signs may be produced as fitted sections for safer shipping.
Can I order only a raw or primed shape?
Yes. Shaped panels and blanks may ship raw, primed or fully finished according to the approved quote.
