The final vector file should show the exact spacing and outline geometry. Thin strokes and interior counters are reviewed at the actual finished size because details that look strong on a computer screen can become fragile after cutting.
When artwork includes disconnected islands or delicate projections, options may include increasing the size, thickening the stroke, connecting pieces, adding a backing panel or changing materials. Any production adjustment that changes the approved appearance should be resolved before machining.
