HDU (High-Density Urethane) is one of several materials we manufacture for professional sign production. It is valued for its durability, dimensional stability, and ability to hold fine detail, making it well suited for dimensional letters, routed panels, and textured sign faces used in both interior and exterior applications.
In addition to CNC-routed HDU components, we produce sandblasted sign faces to create depth, texture, and contrast where a carved or dimensional appearance is required. Sandblasting allows for consistent results across repeat production runs and is commonly used for architectural signage, dimensional panels, and background elements.
All HDU and sandblasted components are manufactured as part of our wholesale sign production services, alongside laser-cut acrylic, routed plastics, wood, and metal components. Files are supplied by the sign company, and parts are delivered production-ready to integrate directly into shop workflows.
